shared mission. Guests are expected to keep personal and shared spaces tidy.

When you use a common area, clean and restore it right away. Our homes should

always mirror the elegance of our promotional ads. After every kitchen use,

immediately wipe surfaces clean, including a detailed stove top cleanse, and perform a thorough

sweep and mop. Shared bathrooms require a collective effort: guests have a designated deep

clean day each week. Outside of this, always leave the bathroom clean after using it.

Personal belongings must remain in bedrooms; kitchen items belong in assigned cabinets to avoid clutter.
