If you’re caught lacking in an earthquake, do these three things indoors: Drop, cover,
and grip like a giga chad. Drop means dropping onto your knees and arms during
the quake. Grip something sturdy like a gym bro with an aura. Cover your weak
zone—your noggin and noodle—under a stable skibidi table. No furniture?
Crawl to a wall away from those windows, but only crawl if you’re heading for
better cover. Finally, grip on and hold on to the couch with one hand and
cover your zone with the other, ready to vibe check if the couch yeets. If you're benched
and can't drop, shield your weak spots best you can with those hands, so you don’t get
