Embracing Spirit-Led Rhythms for Productivity

Jesus didn’t chase work-life balance; he modeled Spirit-led rhythms, and that’s the real

secret to productivity. I used to believe the louder my alarm, the closer I was to success.

My calendar was packed, my to-do lists were endless, and I wore my busyness

like a medal. But honestly? My busiest season was also my loneliest and most spiritually

dry. I was grinding for God, but I felt completely disconnected from

Him. Then I looked at Jesus. He never seemed hurried or frazzled.

He flowed between serving the crowds and finding solitude, action and abiding. He showed us that

presence matters more than performance, like when he told a stressed-out Martha that her sister
