Seeing what isn't readily apparent or from re-examining our prior assumptions It's asking the

"what if we..?" questions IQT already knows that multimillion dollar industries have arisen from the creative application

of repurposing one technology against another need As new leaders join existing ones,

we all will need to exhibit the behaviors to set the tone to show rather than tell To inspire others

to tap into their own creative minds And most of all, to not be afraid to experiment and to fail.
