Endless Weekend Storytelling

My roommate started telling me about his weekend plans and I swear it's been forty minutes.

He went to brunch but first he had to explain why he chose that restaurant which involved a

story about his cousin who once dated a chef not at that restaurant but at a different

one that closed down because of a health inspection that was actually unfair according

to his neighbor who used to work in health inspections before becoming a yoga instructor

which is funny because my roommate's been thinking about trying yoga but he needs new shoes first

and that reminds him of this shoe store downtown. I'm literally aging in real time.
