Your bank has exactly one month to solve your complaint, or you can go over their head for free.
Ever had an ATM not dispense cash but still debit your account? Or noticed a random
charge you never agreed to? Don't just get frustrated. First, file an official
complaint with your bank. If they don't fix it within 30 days, you can escalate
it to the Banking Ombudsman. This is a grievance redressal scheme run by the RBI to
handle complaints against banks, and it costs you nothing. Their decision is
binding on the bank. So stop letting them give you the runaround.
