SpongeBob works at the Krusty Krab for minimum wage, never gets promoted, identity revolving around

being a cook. Mr. Krabs hoards wealth while SpongeBob thanks him.

They programmed us to accept terrible conditions with a smile. We grew up

and became SpongeBob. Overworked, underpaid, but convinced we should be grateful

for the passion. The pineapple under the sea was never about imagination. It was about

conditioning a generation to accept less.
