Feel to Heal

So here is my nightly thought. You gotta feel it to heal it. You have to feel

your emotions to get over them. Because avoiding the pain never makes it disappear.

It just sits there, waiting for you when everything gets quiet. So breathe for a

second. Let it hit you. Let it move through you. It’s not weakness,

it’s release. And sometimes the only way out is straight through the feeling

you’ve been running from.
