Everyone says they need more protein. Most people don't. You're already eating enough protein.
Your real problem is fiber. No fiber means constipation. Constipation means waste
and excess estrogen sit in your gut and get reabsorbed. That pushes estrogen
higher and testosterone lower. Fiber feeds your gut bacteria. Your gut bacteria
make short chain fats. Those lower inflammation, improve insulin sensitivity, and
help testosterone work properly. Adding more protein to a broken gut does nothing.
If your digestion is slow, your belly is bloated, and your energy
is flat, you do not need another scoop. You need fiber.
