Your worth isn't measured by your GPA. I learned this the hard way during
finals week when panic attacks became my morning routine. Here's what actually helped.
First, the four seven eight breathing technique. Breathe in for four counts,
hold for seven, exhale for eight. Do this before exams or when your chest gets tight.
Second, time blocking saved my sanity. I gave myself permission to study in focused
chunks with actual breaks. Not doom scrolling breaks, real ones.
Walk outside, call a friend, anything but screens. Third, and this changed
everything, I finally talked to campus counseling. Walking through those doors felt
