with your eyes closed. The real game changer is concentrative meditation, and it is hard work.
Forget the long sessions. It is better to do five minutes of absolute,
intense focus than half an hour of drifting. When a random thought pops up,
don't analyze it or fight it. Just drop it and go back to your focus.
