Five Primary Schools of Magic

What are the Schools of Magic? The primary forms of magic are ritual, internal power,

alchemy, astrology and talismatic. Ritual magic is just that. You learn a series

of routines and repeat them to perform set and well known effects. Lodge magic is a

major subset of this wherein groups of likeminded people work together. Internal power is

most often seen in the chi gung and martial arts set. Although letter

magic also falls into this category. This involves breath, training the body and the will.

It is less common at a higher levels as compared to the ritual magicians, but the strongest

of the internal power groups are much stronger than the strongest ritual magicians as individuals.
