to pain, the proper response and emotional loop, and the whole way that you think,
feel about your body, you only build that when you're in the midst of the old
habits of, "Fuck, I'm hurt." You gotta be feeling terrible,
and then at that moment, be like, "This is where I'm going to rewrite
the book." You can't think good when things are good, 'cause of course
you feel good. It's, it's easy to do that. So......
