right upper quadrant pain, and jaundice, which is called Charcot's Triad,
seen in acute cholangitis. It's nothing but common bile duct obstruction. And the second triad
is fever, leukocytosis, and right upper quadrant pain, which is nothing
but acute cholecystitis. Here we will see Murphy's sign. And the third one is nothing but periumbilical
pain, vomiting, fever, and anorexia. And this triad is
called Murphy's Triad, which is seen in acute appendicitis. Now to the fourth
