Four Little Ghosts

Another paper plate dinner. Court letters on the floor. Half a bottle

in the cup holder. Engine begging me for more. I see an

oak at the corner. Calling out, comes split in two.

Would anybody even notice if I never made it through? Oh.

I wanna wrap this wreck around a tree. End this ache this broken meat

machine. But I see four faces in the back of my mind.

They got my eyes, they got my last name. They're the only

reason I don't cross that line. Four little ghosts dragging me away from the flame.
