Friends in Low Places

I don't wear no crown, I don't drive no fancy car. I spend my

nights in taverns Drumming on a soul guitar. The high life never called me.

But I don't mind the fall. Cause down here with my people I've got the

best of all. I have friendly low places where the neon lights shine bright.

We raise our glass to heartaches and laugh till morning light. No diamonds,

no big stages, Just love that never fades. I have friends in low places.

And that's where my soul stays. We talk about our troubles, we sing about

our pain. But somehow in the laughter the sunshine breaks the rain.
