From Mistake to Breakthrough

Last week I accidentally sent my boss a voice memo meant for my best friend complaining about how micromanaged

I felt at work. My stomach dropped when I saw it delivered to the wrong chat. I spent the entire

night drafting my resignation letter, convinced I'd be fired. The next morning,

she called me into her office. I was shaking. But instead of yelling, she thanked me.

Turns out she had no idea her management style was affecting me that way. She apologized and

asked how we could work better together. Now we have weekly check ins and honestly, our relationship
