From Ruth to Revelation: Redemption

It begins quietly with Ruth— a foreign widow from Moab. No status.

No inheritance. No future. Yet she makes a covenant vow that echoes through Scripture:

“Where you go, I will go. Your people will be my people. Your God,

my God.” This is grace crossing boundaries. Ruth is redeemed by Boaz,

her kinsman-redeemer. He pays the cost. Covers her shame. Restores her future. And in doing so,

he points forward to Christ—our Redeemer. The outsider becomes family. And Revelation reveals

the fulfillment: a great multitude from every nation, tribe, and tongue,

standing before the throne. Before the Lamb. Ruth is in Bethlehem at harvest time.
