Redis, maintained by Beedles the Architect, is the state engine of the arbitrage

system. It stores trade states, friction levels, circuit breakers,

and real-time execution logic. Redis is built for ultra-fast performance, responding in microseconds,

and it is the foundation of system stability. Prometheus, operated by JR Wellspring, is the sensing and
