Glitching Figure in My Hallway

Late at night I checked my security camera and saw something that made my blood run cold.

There's a figure standing in my hallway but it's not moving like a person. It's flickering

between frames like a video glitch except this is real life. Watch how it phases through the wall.

I've lived here three years and never seen anything like this. The timestamp shows

it stood there for seventeen minutes just existing wrong. My dog won't go near that hallway
