God's First Move: Our Response

In the vast silence of the cosmos, there is only one reason humanity has hope.

It is not because we found God. It is because God found us. Look at the very

first tragedy. When Adam sinned in Eden, he didn’t build an altar of repentance.

He ran. He sewed fig leaves and hid in the dark. The silence of the garden was not broken

by a man begging for mercy, but by God asking, "Where are you?" This establishes

the most important rule of your faith: God is always the First Mover. Theologians call

this "Prevenient Grace." It is the grace that goes *before*. It isn’t a mystical

"zap" that overrides your free will. It is the divine initiative that wakes you up.
