Hi, I am Mike from Amino Alchemy. Today we gonna prepare a delicious
and complete Golden Moong Dal with Rice. First, rinse 200 grams
of split moong dal until the water runs clear. While soaking for fifteen minutes,
cook your basmati rice. Heat ghee or coconut oil and let the cumin
seeds splutter. Saute ginger, garlic, and add turmeric, chili,
and coriander. Add the dal, diced tomato, and water. Bring it to
a boil. Simmer for thirty minutes until the dal is creamy and broken down.
Stir in the tahini and fresh lemon juice for extra richness. Serve over rice,
