Growing Up Without Brand Names

It's sad to say, but as a kid, I was never able to get fast food. We also never had

brand name anything. It was always the grocery store brand. So, like,

instead of, like, your regular two-liter, it would be, like,

a three-liter and, like, the name of it would be, like,

Jolly Treat. And we always ended up with orange soda. Never co- I never had Coca-Cola till

I was, like, 18. I think my mom thought it was,

like, just pure sugar, which it might have been.
