College anxiety is real, and I learned this the hard way my sophomore year.
I was having panic attacks in the library, missing deadlines, and feeling like I was drowning.
Here's what actually helped me survive. First, breathing techniques sound basic,
but they work. When anxiety hits during an exam or presentation, try box breathing.
Breathe in for four counts, hold for four, out for four, hold for four.
Your nervous system literally cannot panic when you control your breath like this.
I do this before every test now. Time management changed everything for me.
I use the two minute rule. If something takes less than two minutes, do it immediately.
