Between 2010 and 2020, we didn’t just upgrade gadgets—we rewired how people live,

work, and connect. In 2010, tablets barely existed. Then the iPad arrived,

turning millions of laps into pocket computers. Phones grew bigger, with phablets making

6-inch screens normal. Hardware was only the start. Siri, Alexa,

and Google Assistant taught us to talk to devices. Wearables like Fitbit and Apple Watch

turned bodies into data trackers, monitoring steps, sleep, and heartbeats.

Social media exploded. Instagram made everyone a photographer. Snapchat proved disappearing content
