how to twerk but I was doing it all wrong. The secret is not about going fast
or being wild. It is about control and actually touching the floor properly. So here is what
nobody tells you. You need to start high first. Stand with your feet shoulder width
apart and get into a slight squat. The mistake everyone makes is bending at the waist.
Do not do that. You want to hinge at your hips while keeping your back straight.
Now comes the actual drop. You are going to push your hips back like you are sitting
in an invisible chair. Keep going down slowly. Your hands can touch
