How-to video: taking a video of your feet. You'll need a helper to film this,

and we recommend filming it in an area without sunlight or other bright lights that might

create a glare and impact the quality of the video. We found the most reliable place to

shoot your video is indoors during the daytime with the lights out. And you'll want

to avoid places where direct sunlight can find its way into the shot. We are filming one

foot at a time, which enables the filmer to easily capture the foot from all angles.
