The Activation Team at Indegene facilitates end-to-end setup activities to ensure a smooth and streamlined

approach during onboarding. The activation happens across four stages — Discovery, Design,

Pilot, and Steady State. In Discovery, we onboard execution teams and plan

sessions to understand client setups. In Design, we create process playbooks,

RACI, roles, and key metrics. During Pilot, we engage market

stakeholders and execute against defined KPIs. Finally, in Steady State, we evolve pilots

into full operations and seamlessly transfer projects to teams.”
