the same type of system used by ChatGPT. It helps the computer understand meaning, context,

and emotion in human language. But India had a bigger challenge — we have 22 official

languages and many different scripts. So our scientists created tools like IndicTokenizer that

teach one AI to read all these languages together — Hindi, Tamil, Bengali,

Urdu, and more. These models are trained on Indian data — government

documents, books, and digital libraries — using India’s own supercomputers
