Is He Emotionally Cheating or Gaslighting?

I think my boyfriend is emotionally cheating on me, but he says I’m “imagining things”*

I (27F) have been with my boyfriend (29M) for almost three years. We live together

and, until recently, I genuinely thought things were good. About six months

ago, he started a new job. Shortly after that, he mentioned a female

coworker a few times. At first it was harmless — just work stories, inside jokes,

nothing crazy. Then I noticed he talked about her *a lot*. Like… every day.

He started staying later at work. His phone suddenly became permanently face-down.

If I walked into the room while he was texting, he’d lock his screen immediately.
