And now, the first thing that you probably notice is that your mind just starts
thinking, and many of you may be aware of this from yoga or from meditation
or other things that you've done. Your mind just immediately starts thinking, and for the purposes
of Qi Gong, what we want to notice is how the mind starts thinking about things that
are outside of us. That's mostly what we think about is, like, outside of what
we're feeling in our body. So, what I want you to do is I want
you to have a discipline of bringing that mind back to your physical sensations, the energy that's
moving in your physical body. So let's try that for a moment. Focus on any sensations
