Journey Through Infinite Universes

numbers there lies an infinity of other numbers? Our fourth writing prompt takes us

on a journey to the nonstandard universe. Here, infinity abounds

even more distressingly. We meet our guide, ε, who claims to be a positive

number, but smaller than all the standard real numbers we are familiar

with. While we can’t quite make her out, she is undoubtedly there,

waving at us by shaking all the numbers around her, the ones we can see.

This is her story. You’re not sure if it took mere seconds, hours,

or a lifetime, when you blink your eyes open in bewilderment, but you feel compelled
