Knocking After Midnight

I found this Reddit post buried in a thread no one replied to.

The user said their new apartment came with one strange rule. Never answer the

door after midnight. At first, it was easy. Then the knocking started.

Every night at 12:07 a.m. Three slow knocks. Always the same rhythm.

They checked the peephole. The hallway was empty. But their phone

recorded something different. A doorbell notification. From inside the apartment. The last update

was posted minutes later: “Someone just knocked from the other side of my

bedroom door.”
