Lincoln: From Struggles to Legacy

Abraham Lincoln was no boujee nepo-baby. His dad was an alcoholic, his mom passed when he was nine,

and he had no schooling. No cap, he taught himself law without even going to law school.

He took over a dozen L's running for Congress and Senate before finally winning. When he became president,

the nation was tripping — civil war, assassination threats, and haters tried to cancel him.

But Lincoln was no simp: he boldly put on Ulysses S. Grant as his War General,

first to use the telegraph to dm his war orders, and pushed through the 13th Amendment

to abolish slavery. But just days after the war ended, some salty losers assassinated Lincoln

for clout. Still, Lincoln’s legacy is one of American triumph.
