loop of being sent from window to window. Hours later, you're exhausted,

holding the same form. This isn't living well; it's merely existing within the

system. Imagine a clerk asking, 'How can I solve this for

you today?' Problem solved in ten minutes. That's Aristotle's vision. Good governance remembers

rules exist to help people live well, not just survive. That's public service.
