One negative type of emotion is simply anger, and ang- one of anger's forms is
sadness or depression; another form is aggression or hostility or frustration. But ultimately,
anger needs to be processed through assertiveness. If we're assertive, go get our needs
met, figure out what our needs are then go get them met, then anger is taken
care of, depression is taken care of, hostility is taken care of.
If someone's hostile toward you, whether it's a man or a woman, then they have needs
that are not being met, so simply give them a, a few one-off bits
of instruction how to go get their needs met. Right. Right?
