Depression, anxiety, and mental health are so real, and you don't have
to do it alone. For me, one thing that helps is these mantras that I repeat,
and it works to calm me: "This will pass. I am safe. I am stronger than
this feeling, and my body is just reacting, I am okay." After the panic
attack stops, I drink water, wrap myself in my weighted blanket, and write down what
triggered it. This will definitely pass because I have been there, so never give up.
