It's called lucid dreaming and here's how it works. Your brain enters REM sleep about
90 minutes after you fall asleep. That's when your eyes dart around and your dreams
become vivid. The trick is training your mind to recognize when you're dreaming by using a dream
light signal. Before bed, tell yourself you'll be aware when dreaming starts.
Keep a notebook ready because the moment you wake up, write down everything
before it fades. Do reality checks in your dreams like pushing your finger through your palm
