Out here at the calisthenics park, we're getting ready to tackle one of the best
upper body exercises: the tricep dip. It's all about control and power. Notice the form
here. He lowers his body slowly, keeping his elbows tucked in and
his chest up. He's getting a deep stretch at the bottom to maximize muscle engagement.
This is where the real work happens. You can see the intensity building
with every single rep. He's pushing through the burn, building not just
