Most people think fat burning stops when you sleep but your body is actually working overtime
during those hours. The problem is most of us are sabotaging this natural process without even knowing
it. First thing you need to do is drop your bedroom temperature to around 65 degrees
Fahrenheit. When your body gets cold it activates brown fat which is the good fat
that burns calories to keep you warm. Studies show people sleeping in cooler rooms burned up
to 7 percent more calories while doing absolutely nothing. Your body literally has to work harder
to maintain its core temperature and that work burns fat. Second is eating
a small protein rich snack about 30 minutes before bed. I know this sounds
