Megan Thee Stallion just hired a legal powerhouse to reverse a judge's decision that let a YouTuber
off the hook for defamation. Even though Milagro Gramz was found liable for emotional
distress and promoting altered images, the judge tossed the defamation claim based on a Florida
law meant to protect journalists. Now Megan is fighting back hard to fix that.
Her new legal team from Clare Locke is arguing that Gramz shouldn't get those protections
because she admitted in court she is an entertainer, not a journalist. They are saying
that applying this law to internet personalities would force victims to subject themselves
to even more hate just to get justice. It is a major move to restore the original ruling.
