Mistaken for a Ghost in a Well

Warning. This actually happened and it's terrifying. A young man falls into an abandoned

well near the Thailand-Myanmar border and nobody comes to help. Not because they can't hear him.

But because they think he's a ghost. Liu Chuanyi was twenty two years old when he disappeared

into that hidden well. His wrist shattered on impact. His head slammed

against the stone walls. Blood dripping down his face in the darkness below ground.

He screamed for help. Over and over. His voice echoing up from the depths

like something crawling out of a nightmare. But the villagers who heard him didn't run to save him.
