Now, Coach Rakshith, what I want from you is how important is stretching,
or do we have another way or another tool to tackle the same issue? So it's not always
should be like stretch, stretch, stretch. It can be like a mobility issue as
well. So most of the time, like more than the stretching, the mobility helps.
Yeah, stretching is helpful once in a while, but more than that, mobility is very
important. It's a very good point that Rahul spoke about is we have to strengthen
the muscle. We don't go out there saying that all we have to do is stretching or
like Rakshith spoke about mobility. It does not stay there forever unfortunately. One of the videos
