If you want to motivate people, you first have to understand what actually moves them.
Personally, I don’t like using fear as a motivator. I avoid it whenever possible.
But I also understand reality — for many people, fear works more reliably than inspiration.
That doesn’t mean you lead with threats. It means you create clarity. Clear standards.
Clear expectations. Clear consequences. Not everything is driven by love or passion.
