I'll give you an idea of what it looks like for me. Uh, for me,
I eat the same breakfast every day. Some people w- might be like, "Boring,
snooze, no good." I'm like, "Yes, same food every
day. I'm so excited!" I know the nutrition and the good fats in this and the
good carbohydrates and the good proteins. And so I have the same amount of oats, peanut butter,
uh, nuts, uh, fruit, sultanas,
and LSA, which is a wonderful mix as well. That's my breakfast every day,
so it's not meal-meal prepping, but every day I know the nutrition and the calorie
