My Weird Sickness Superpower

I don't know if other people are like this or if this is a naturally occurring phenomenon

or if it's just the way it works in my body, um, but even,

like, when I had COVID, same thing. I, I'll have a symptom

for a day, and then that'll transform into a different system. So it'll be sore

throat today and then no voice tomorrow, and then a cough for a day, and then it turns

into sneezing for a day, and then I'm stuffed and then I'm runny and then it's over,

or something like that. Like, there's a whole system.

I've never read about it. Is that a real thing or is it just something I'm perceiving or
