Napoleon's Russian Tragedy

Across the endless Russian plains, an army of blue and gold marched like a

moving city. At its head rode a man who had conquered Europe,

small in body, towering in ambition. Napoleon Bonaparte. Opposing him was not just another

army but a nation willing to destroy itself to survive. The Russian generals
