In my heart, I have all kinds of feelings, wishes and thoughts. But I don't have

to listen to all of them right away. I can stop for a moment, look inside my heart,

and choose what is good for me and what is not right for me. Like a gardener

in a garden, who waters the little flowers and pulls out the weeds, I can make the good

things inside me stronger and gently let go of what doesn't make me feel good. My heart is a special

place that belongs to me. When I take care of it with gentleness and love,

I grow, I become stronger, and I bring light and goodness to the world around

me.
