Painted Face, Fire, and Fame

Have I been wrong? So very wrooong to want to present

so much more than a song. Throughout my career, I have tried to impaaart,

how music should show the connection with art. I came from

an era of blues and rock, with music banal, I wanted to shock.

I wanted to trigger a moment of change, not caring if people considered me

strange. So I painted my faaaaaceeeeee and put on a flame.

And that was the moment they remembered my name. Put out to the music,

played all around. I was searching for something to shock and astound.
