brought grander visions. Royal palaces like the Louvre expanded, with formal gardens shaping the urban

fabric. The iconic Pont Neuf emerged, hinting at future majesty.

Late 19th century: Haussmann's grand boulevards redefined Paris. Uniform buildings lined wide avenues.
